SwimIT is proud to offer the following services virtually - 

• Swim stroke and race analysis - you take your own video and we will run through it with you.

• Backyard endless pool training - we can virtually coach you through a workout or lesson from coast to coast.

• Virtual Coaching - SwimIT stresses the mental side of swimming.  Especially when things are rocky outside of the pool, it is very important as an athlete, you have your emotional self on solid footing.
